I have a recurring Google calendar appointment that day “reflect on better time management and task management”. Looking back at March, what did I specifically do, and how do I specifically feel…
Faith: I spent most of my mornings going through the “Day by Day” Peter Scazzero devotional (GOOD. More often than February) and have been feeling more relaxed
Fitness: I stopped going to the gym (only part of that was because of COVID-19). Feeling more irritable, physically weak, and demotivated to plan out grad school details
Food: I spent a lot of money on groceries (I eat like 2 people). As much as someone else might spend eating out every other day.
HMMMMM, what do I specifically want to continue or change?
Faith: Continue to do devotional as soon as I wake up. Helps me orient my attitude for the day. And, after lunch, since I usually feel sluggish anyway, add the afternoon devotional to keep it going
Fitness: I started following the home workout from Athlean-X.I’m not able to do every exercise for the full minute. So, I will do each exercise to failure, and move on to the next exercise. Not the full workout, but will be easier to maintain this routine till it becomes a habit. And, with practice, my body will acclimate to the workout until I can do it the full minute
Food: To reduce cost, incorporating black beans and rice into my regular meals. Feels me up for a low cost.
